We faced multiple issues during our stay. The reservation system for sunbeds was completely ridiculous! We had to book in advance and still couldn't get a spot. The spa that attracted us was an extra charge, which is outrageous for a spa hotel. communication with staff was inconsistent. sometimes we didn't know who to turn to for help.

Enjoy the rooftop terrace for breakfast and ask for made-to-order dishes for a special touch. it really enhances the experience.

We had a nice warm welcome on arrival which set the tone. The breakfast at the rooftop was simply stunning, views over the lake were fantastic!

The hotel boasts an excellent spot, just a few steps away from charming local eateries and the beautiful beach at Punta Cornicello, making it perfect for leisurely strolls around the area. the lovely nearby wine museum added extra charm to our days of exploration, showcasing the best of local culture and traditions.

Just a fitting option for a brief stopover in Bardolino with outstanding value for money. Really enjoyed the lovely varied breakfast with fresh options available every day. Make sure to ask about the local attractions, as the staff can provide great tips on what to see.
